Download 2026 GCE Registration Software

Use this installer if you do not already have the GCE E-Registration Software installed (first-time installation).
Download the setup below (WinRAR archive file).
After download, unzip (extract) the archive to a folder on your computer.
Then run the setup executable inside the unzipped folder.
The installer will perform a full installation of all required components from scratch.

Use this version only if you already have the E-Registration Software (from a previous session/year) installed on your computer.
